Bad Example of UI Design
App With No Clear Defined Tabs or Icons
This is an example of bad design because nothing is labeled to make the multiple functions differ from the other. Without the icons, we as humans group all of the works together as similar functions. Instead of each one is independent of the other ones. With the icons, it makes it very apparent to the user and creates a relationship in the first couple of seconds of what it what and increases the usability and understanding by taking advantage of common conventions, such as a clock and the download symbol that is used.
Great Example of UI Design
Full-Screen Bird Application
This is a great example of a good UX/UI design because of how each page is clear leads the viewer on the discovery, as if they are finding new things and information around every turn. The most interesting thing about this design is how the use of all of the screens and how everything is seamless and flows naturally with the background gradient. Another key feature it how the navigation is easy for the user to pick up and understand. The really focused on the Kiss method.
